Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Namastey Puri, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all guests.
Cancellation Periods
- 72+ Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% full refund. - Within 72 Hours of Check-In
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will be charged for one night’s stay. - No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive or cancel after the check-in time will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

- Full Name
- Booking Reference Number
- Check-in Date
- Reason for Cancellation (optional)
Our team will review your request and respond promptly.
Refund Processing Time
- If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
Non-Refundable Bookings
- Bookings made under special promotional rates or non-refundable offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- These terms will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
